Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date
• Be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
• Have the hygiene liner intact and undisturbed
• Be in the original packaging (bag or box)
• Have been tried on over underwear as directed

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or had hygiene liners removed
• Items returned after 30 days of delivery
• Final sale items (marked clearly on product pages)
• Gift cards
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email support@curvacoast.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label (US orders) within 1 business day
3. Package your item(s) securely in the original packaging
4. Drop off the package at any USPS location
5. Receive your refund within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return

Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges for US customers within 30 days. To exchange for a different size, contact us and we'll ship the new size as soon as we receive your return. If you'd like a different style, we recommend returning for a refund and placing a new order.

Refund Timeline

• Return received: We inspect within 3–5 business days
• Refund processed: Within 1 business day of approval
• Refund appears: 5–7 business days depending on your bank
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
